Great Southern Dry Gin

The Gourmet Traveller Wine Magazine included our Gin in a list of - "Clear Winners".  An Australian premium Gin rubbing shoulders with some of the world's best.

 Here we start with our neutral Vodka and redistill the spirit in the presence of a secret recipe of 9 specially selected botanicals. Our gin is in the style of a refined London Dry Gin. Uniquely our Gin is infused with an influence of Meen, a botanical native to the South West Coast of Western Australia. 

First we select the finest botanicals, and then combine these to our unique secret blend. The Botanicals we use include Juniper Berries, Anise, Oris Root, Cardamom, Cinnamon bark, Coriander seed, Angelica Root and Fresh Lemon.

Great Southern Gin is perfect with Tonic or Soda.

 Ginnifer Gin has evolved from our Distilled Dry Gin.  After being handcrafted in a single small batch it has been aged in French Oak Barrique, taking on a beautiful golden hue.  The result is an incredibly smooth and delicate Gin that is fantastic neat, on ice, or ideal for any Gin based cocktail.
