 
Great Southern Vanilla Vodka
We produce a rare premium grape based Vodka. Our objective with Vodka is to end up with a clean, taste neutral spirit, with absolutely no impurities. After much research and development, our product goes through four separate stages before we are happy to call our spirit Great Southern Premium Vodka.
First, premium wine is put through a membrane filtration process to strip the major impurities. Then we triple distil the wine in our traditional copper pot stills. This produces an exceptionally clean vodka spirit. We then cut our vodka spirit to 40% alcohol by volume with natural distilled spring water. Finally, to remove any remaining impurities, we give our Vodka an extended time in our unique carbon filtration system.
The result is our Great Southern Premium Vodka - a crystal clear, smooth, Vodka, with a sweet taste and a velvet mouth feel.
We hand make each batch with care and pride, and our production methods are labour intensive and time consuming. But we are sure you will agree, the final product is worth it.
Great Southern Premium Vodka is perfect on the rocks, in a Martini, with a mixer or as a base for your favourite cocktail.
