Cameron Syme - Founding Director 

Cameron established the Company in 2004, after almost 14 years research. Cameron is a foundation member of the Australian Distiller's Association and the Association's Chairman. Cameron is a commercial lawyer who has worked for a multinational and a major commercial law firm, and now has his own practice. Cameron also has 10 years experience as an accountant for publicly listed companies in Australia and the United Kingdom. He holds the "General Certificate in Distilling", awarded by the internationally recognised, Institute of Brewing and Distilling (IBD). Cameron is also a member of the International Wine Lawyers Association (AIDV).

Cameron looks after our legal, corporate and strategic business matters as well as finding some time to relax in the still room watching the spirit come in (he calls this 'quality control').

Ben Kagi - Product Development

Ben has extensive experience in the alcoholic beverage industry, as a winemaker and  as an associate judge in wine shows.  Ben looks after our product quality control to ensure that our spirits are up to a premium standard (and yes, this does mean that Ben gets to spend his days tasting spirit). Ben helped refine the recipes for our  Distilled Dry Gin and Meen, Citrus and Vanilla Vodka and was instrumental in setting the standards for our Grappe, Brandy and Limeburners Whisky Liqueur.

Come and visit our cellar door with magnificent harbour views and enjoy tastings of our award-winning spirits. Sit in the lounge with one of our unique cocktail creations or share a coffee with friends in our alfresco area. We have a tasty menu of cakes, platters and warm delights to satisfy your cravings! Soak up the fresh air and beautiful surrounds of Albany in our friendly, relaxed atmosphere.
