COVID-19 PRECAUTIONS

How we are staying safe

We are excited to be able to re-open our cellar doors and restaurants following the WA government announcement and want to make sure that we are doing everything we can to keep our staff and customers safe.

In line with the regulations, please be advised that the following procedures will be in place when visiting any of our venues;

  • There will be no more than 20 people in the building at any time (excluding staff).

  • The four square metre rule will also apply.

  • All patrons will be greeted at the door by a staff member, and the processes will be outlined.

  • Hand sanitiser will be available at the entrance, at the toilets, and around the venue for people to use.

  • All staff have completed the official COVID-19 hospitality training.

  • We are committed to maintaining best practice in Hospitality COVID 19 Hygiene and we have ensured the venue is compliant with all conditions.

  • We have the right to refuse entry or service to those who do not adhere to business policies surrounding COVID 19.

  • We ask that people do not attend our venue if unwell.

  • Tables will be available only by pre-booking via our website. There will be no walk-ins permitted.

  • Bookings will be for 45 mins, to allow for a thorough clean of the table and menus between each group.

  • There will be a limited menu available, including snacks and more substantial meals.

  • Cashless transactions are preferred

  • Thanks for your patience, understanding and support as we adjust to government restrictions and new venue policies and procedures within the Hospitality Industry.
