It’s World Gin Day tomorrow and Margaret River Distilling Company is marking this momentous occasion by releasing a new iteration of its award-winning Giniversity range.

This new drop, called Australian Native, acknowledges the biodiversity of the region it is distilled in, incorporating native botanicals.

In particular, the emu plum, an indigo-coloured fruit that imparts an earthy undertone, and Geraldton wax, a pretty, flowering shrub endemic to WA that adds fragrance and a pleasant waxy mouth feel.
