Made and hand bottled at our distillery on the harbour's edge in Albany, this complex and elegant single malt whisky is distilled in our traditional small batch copper pot stills from local barley. This whisky is matured in second-fill bourbon barrels and finished in a very old small sherry cask.
 
Exhibiting spice and fruit aromas when neat, a splash of water unleashes malted barley, aromas of sherry and vanilla with hints of honey, raisins and buttery caramel. 
 
Limeburners Sherry Cask is a medium coloured whisky with intense and complex flavours, a full taste and a smooth finish.
