Margaret River Distilling Co
Margaret River Distilling Co is more than just a Gin distillery. It’s a ‘university’ of Gin; where Gin-lovers can learn the art of distilling and make their very own signature Gin. And out of Giniversity – based on research, experimentation and an exploration of native and exotic botanicals – comes our own diverse range.
Giniversity seeks to innovate and push boundaries to produce some of most delicate and unique flavours. We have crafted the Botanical, London Dry, Barrel Aged, and Smoked Hemp Gins. We pride ourselves on innovation, and we were the first Australian Gin to incorporate Hemp into a Gin.
Giniversity Campus
In 2017 Cam acquired the Riverglen Chalets. These secluded four star self-contained chalets are set among seven acres of native bushland, 65 meter Karri trees and manicured gardens.
Cam calls this property our “Giniversity Campus”, and we’ve welcomed guests from all over the World to stay and learn at Giniversity, becoming one of the “must see” tourism experiences in Margaret River.
