THE GINIVERSITY RANGE

Giniversity has morphed into WA’s best selling craft gin, using special local ingredients that represent the beautiful South West region of Western Australia. All Giniversity gins are made in Margaret River, using grape-based neutral spirit.

CORE COLLECTION

The Giniversity core collection includes some of WA’s favourite gin expressions, Botanical, Australian Native, Pink, London Dry and Smoked Hemp. Individually batch blended and fine filtered, every effort is taken to keep the final product as consistent as possible.

PREMIUM COLLECTION

The Giniversity range also includes a premium collection of gins that sit at a higher ABV.

The Barrel Aged Gin uses local French Oak, ex-Shiraz barrels and can vary slightly due to the different barrels being used. It is always released at an ABV of 49%, making it a perfect warming gin for the cooler seasons.

The premium collection also includes the Giniversity x Limeburners collaboration, a Whisky Cask gin that is bottled at 45% ABV.

SEASONAL COLLECTIOn

Each year one of the highlights of the gin-lovers’ calendar is the release of the annual Giniversity Christmas Gin. Different every year, the limited edition has become a collectors item and features a new label and recipe.
