GINIVERSITY

Experience

An Academy of Gin

Giniversity's ethos is all about innovation. We experiment with exotic and native botanicals to craft truly unique recipes reminiscent of Australia's South West.

We invite you to unleash your creativity by joining us in mixing and matching botanicals like a master distiller, to create a Gin that is entirely unique to your own palate. Discover the origins of Gin and taste our range by undertaking the Giniversity Experience with a Distillation Class or Blending Class.

Make Your Own Gin

Each Student will graduate with a bottle of a bespoke Gin in hand, crafted to reflect their own individual personality and palate.

Both available classes will take you through the history of Gin and explore each of our core range of Gin products (tastings included),

In this 2-hour class, you will work with a wide range of botanical distillates to craft a unique Gin recipe. Select your favourite combination of distillates to blend a bespoke Gin.

Blending Class

In this 4-hour class, you will have the opportunity to work with raw botanicals under the guidance of one of our distillers, and hand-select a range to suit your palate, before working with a still to distil your own Gin. Lunch included.

Distillation Class

In this 2-hour class, you will work with a wide range of botanical distillates to craft a unique Gin recipe. Select your favourite combination of distillates to blend a bespoke Gin.
